Elaine Gill, Owner and Manager

Elaine Gill is a 27 year veteran of the Massachusetts State Police. She spent the majority of her career conducting major case investigations. After working her way up the ranks within a State Police Detective Unit, Elaine was chosen to command the unit as a Detective Lieutenant.

During Elaine's distinguished career with the Massachusetts State Police, she conducted investigations into homicides, sexual abuse, physical abuse, domestic violence, fraud, and white collar crime. Since leaving the State Police, Elaine has been contracted to conduct background investigations for employment with a federal agency.

Elaine Gill holds a Bachelor's degree in Law Enforcement from Northeastern University and a Master's degree in Criminal Justice Administration from Western New England University. She is also a 1992 graduate of the FBI National Academy in Quantico, Virginia.

Elaine has trained hundreds of Federal, State, Local, and Campus law enforcement officers in victim abuse, sexual assault, death investigation, interview and interrogation, and crime scene investigation. She has also taught in the college setting.

Victims need to know they are being heard. Elaine has worked closely with victims of crime and their families to provide investigation, support and justice. She has been recognized for her work by law enforcement and the local media.
